There are plenty of weight loss recipes suggested by renowned cook and dietician around the world. Here, we are discussing a simple recipe called crispy potato skins which is 100 percent fat-free and cholesterol-free. To prepare crispy potato skins, you need 2 medium-sized russet potatoes, butter-flavored cooking spray, 1 tbsp crushed fresh rosemary and ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper. Before you start cooking, you need to preheat the oven at 375?F. </p>

<p>Now you wash these potatoes and prick them using a fork. Place the pierced potatoes in the oven and bake them until the peels become crispy and crunchy. You need to put the potatoes for at least one hour. Now you need to cut the potatoes into halves and scrape out the inside pulp. Leave approximately 1/8 inches pulp with the skins around and keep the pulp for other uses. Now spray the skins with butter-flavored cooking spray. Mix the rosemary and pepper with it and place it to oven once again for another 5 to 10 minutes. It is now ready to serve.</p>

<p>There is a wide range of weight loss recipes which promise you to feed less fat or less cholesterol, however, pumpkin soup is the one which contains very less amount of cholesterol and a real non-significant amount of fat in it. Here is how to prepare it exclusively for you. To make a one standard soup bowl, you need 1 cup of pure drinking water, 1 finely sliced fresh onion, 1 finely sliced green onion, 1 can of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of vegetable broth, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground nutmeg, 1 cup of fat-free milk, and 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Now take a large saucepan and pour ¼ cup of water into it. Mix onion slices in the water and put it to boil until it becomes tender. Be little cautious, drying out of onions is not at all intended. Now add pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, cinnamon, nutmeg and remaining water into the saucepan. Put it in light heat and boil for around 5 minutes. Now add the milk and stir it thoroughly. Cook it to heat. Now garnish it using pepper and green onion and serve it hot. For one serving of this soup, you will get only 1mg of cholesterol and less than 1 gm of total fat. Quite obviously, you can note it down as one of the weight loss recipes.</p>

<p>Surprisingly, there are so many people around the world who do even fasting so that they can possibly avoid gaining extra fats or cholesterol, but there are so many delicious weight loss recipes around designed with the same purpose. Here is a recipe called broiled white sea bass which is a low-fat low-sodium cooking. You can have it with a bed of sautéed spinach. This is high in vitamin A, iron, calcium, folate, and riboflavin. To make it, you need two White Sea bass fillets of 4 inches each, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, ¼ tsp salt-free herbed seasoning mix and ground black pepper according to your own preference. </p>

<p>First, you need to preheat the broiler by positioning the rack 4 inches apart from the heat source. Now apply cooking spray on the baking pan and put the fillets into the pan. Then sprinkle the lemon juice on the fillets. Now delicately add garlic, herbed seasoning mix and pepper as well. Broil it for 8 to 10 minutes till it becomes tender and serve hot.</p>

But before we move on to recipes, I feel it is important that you should know what these body detoxification programs do to help improve your health.</p>
<p>Body detoxification is a method that helps in cleaning our internal organs like kidney, liver, lungs etc. and flushing out harmful toxins. There are many detox recipes that are available therefore, depending on your taste, preference, and organ you can pick one particular recipe that is likely to suit your needs the best.</p>
<p>There are several medicines found on the market that can help in body detoxification, but I personally would never recommend my readers to go for market bought medicines when there are several home remedies available that do not have any adverse side effects unlike most commercially bought medicines.</p>
<p>Below are a few body detox recipes that you may consider using:</p>
<p>1) Recipe 1: 1/2 cup of warm water 2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice 1 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoons of black-strap molasses A pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix the ingredients properly and gulp it down first thing in the morning for about 10 days.</p>
<p>2 Recipe 2: 1 carrot 1/2 beetroot 1 stick celery 1 cucumber How to prepare this particular recipe: Wash the vegetables properly, peel their skin, cut them into pieces, put them in a juicer, and have the fresh juice for breakfast every day.</p>
<p>3 Recipe 3: Gazpacho Soup 3 cups seeded and diced red ripe tomatoes, red ripe 2 cups medium diced red bell pepper 2 cups medium diced red onions 1/2 cup medium diced celery 2 cups medium diced cucumber 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 cups organic vegetable juice pinch of cayenne 1 teaspoon cumin (optional)</p>
<p>Method of preparation: All you need to do is put the diced tomato, peppers, red onions, celery, and cucumber in a bowl and mix them together. Then divide the mixture into two bowls. Add garlic to one of the bowls and transfer it to a blender. Make a puree of the mixture until it becomes smooth. Next, add vegetable juice, cayenne, and cumin to the puree and run the blender again. Now add this freshly made mixture into the other bowl of diced vegetables and put it in the refrigerator for the night. Next day, before serving, you can garnish it with cilantro and lemon and voila, you have your Gazpacho Soup ready.</p>
<p>Abovementioned are a few effective body detox recipes; there are many more that you can find on the internet. So do your research and find out the right body detox recipe for yourself today.</p>

<p>Combine the shrimp, celery, Italian dressing and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill, covered until ready to serve.</p>
<p>When ready to serve, peel and dice the avocado. Mix immediately with the lemon juice to prevent the avocado from going dark. Add to the shrimp mixture and mix gently.</p>
<p>Serves 6</p>
<p>Cucumber Salad</p>
<p>This recipe is delicious, but oh so easy. It&#8217;s a great recipe to serve company at a barbecue because it gets made ahead and sits in the fridge for a few hours until you are ready for it. The best summer entertaining recipes are ones that don&#8217;t require the host and hostess to be in the kitchen cooking while guests lounge outside. </p>
<p>3 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced<br />1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar<br />1/2 teaspoon celery salt<br />1/2 head of lettuce, shredded<br />1 tablespoon honey<br />good pinch black pepper<br />1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped<br />4 tablespoons olive oil<br />1 teaspoon Dijon mustard</p>
<p>Toss all the ingredients thoroughly in a large salad bowl. Chill for 2 hours before serving.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it!</p>
<p>Lime Jello Cottage Cheese Salad</p>
<p>This is a lovely light salad recipe that is perfect for a summer barbecue but also works well all year on a buffet table. The addition of cottage cheese may sound odd, but it is a great flavor mix with the Jello. The crunch of the celery and green pepper add another layer of flavor and fresh taste.</p>
<p>1 &#8211; 3 ounce package lime jelly powder<br />1 cup boiling water<br />1/2 cup cold water <br />1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice<br />1/2 cup mayonnaise <br />salt and pepper<br />3/4 cup chopped celery<br />1/2 onion, chopped<br />1/2 green pepper, chopped</p>
<p>Blend with beater and chill until firm 1&#8243; from edge of dish. Turn it into a bowl and beat it until it becomes light and fluffy. Fold in 1 cup cottage cheese, celery, onion and green pepper. Chill fully before serving.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget that most of your favorite summer salad recipes are great all year round too.</p>

And then when you find them, there is so much that can goes into them: planning the menu, making the grocery list, driving to the store, doing the shopping, checking out in the long line, paying the bill, and driving home not to mention preparing the meal and sitting down to feast on your hard work.</p>
<p>&#13;Without missing a beat, the inevitable always seems to happen&#8230;the complaints.</p>
<p>&#13;&#8221;I don&#8217;t like this&#8221;.<br />&#13;&#8221;This looks weird&#8221;.<br />&#13;&#8221;I don&#8217;t like this color.&#8221;<br />&#13;&#8221;I want pizza!&#8221;<br />&#13;&#8221;Can I have a cookie instead?&#8221;</p>
<p>&#13;Nutrition plays a vital role in our children&#8217;s development, and we know this. But how easy is it to just grab a frozen pizza and call it a day! While tempting as it sounds, it&#8217;s our responsibility as parents to find healthy recipes for kids that can be prepared and enjoyed at the family table.</p>
<p>&#13;Below are a few healthy recipes for kids that have been a hit at my own family table. But before I get to them, let&#8217;s first discuss some tips on helping us plan some healthy recipes for kids and ways to get our kids excited for them!</p>
<p>&#13;1) Make a quick list of the foods your children love, hate, and are allergic to. With this in mind, it will be easy to pinpoint the recipes you&#8217;re targeting and onto the healthy recipes for kids your family will love.</p>
<p>&#13;2) When kids are invested in a project, they are more readily accepting. Find healthy recipes for kids that your family can contribute to. For example, get your kids involved in the selection of the recipes, let them help with the shopping, or get the kids help in preparing the meal and setting the table.</p>
<p>&#13;3) Select one new vegetable, fruit, or food to try each week. Make it a game with your kids. They may love it or hate it, but it will teach them to be open to new foods and experiences at the table.</p>
<p>&#13;With these tips in mind, here are a few healthy recipes for kids that have been a hit with my own. Give them a try and see if this could be a meal your family will love!</p>
<p>&#13;Healthy Recipes for Kids #1: Oven-Baked Carrot Fries</p>
<p>&#13;My kids love these healthy fries!</p>
<p>&#13;Oven-Baked Carrot Fries</p>
<p>&#13;1 ½ lbs. Carrots<br />&#13;1 tsp. Sugar<br />&#13;2 T Olive Oil<br />&#13;½ tsp. Salt<br />&#13;2 T Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped<br />&#13;Pinch of Pepper</p>
<p>&#13;Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a shallow pan with foil. Peel each carrot and cut off the tip and the end off of each one. Cut carrots in half cross-wise, then cut length-wise, then cut length-wise again.<br />&#13;Combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary and stir until they are evenly coated. Spread the carrots over the pan as much as possible.<br />&#13;Bake your carrots for about 20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Serve them hot or cool them a bit to room temperature.</p>
<p>&#13;Healthy Recipes for Kids #2: Chicken Tortilla Soup</p>
<p>&#13;This is a family favorite and is easy on Mom and Dad in both the prep and the clean-up!</p>
<p>&#13;Chicken Tortilla Soup</p>
<p>&#13;½ Onion, chopped<br />&#13;½ tsp. Garlic, minced<br />&#13;4 tsp. Cilantro, chopped<br />&#13;1 T Butter<br />&#13;30 oz. Chicken Stock<br />&#13;8 oz. can Tomato Sauce<br />&#13;½ package of Taco Seasoning<br />&#13;14 oz. can Mexican Style or Plain Stewed Tomatoes<br />&#13;4 ½ oz. can Diced Green Chilis<br />&#13;1 small can of Corn, drained<br />&#13;1T Worchestire Sauce<br />&#13;4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (these can be frozen)</p>
<p>&#13;Put all the ingredients into a Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours. A half an hour prior to serving, pull out the chicken and shred. Put the chicken back into the soup and cook the remainder of the time (half an hour).</p>
<p>&#13;Serve with cheese, tortilla chips, avocado, and sour cream.</p>
<p>&#13;Healthy Recipes for Kids #3: Baked Spaghetti</p>
<p>&#13;Baked Spaghetti</p>
<p>&#13;1 lb. lean Ground Beef<br />&#13;10 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti<br />&#13;2 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded<br />&#13;2 26 oz. jars of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce (make sure your sauce contains healthy ingredients and no sugars)</p>
<p>&#13;Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.</p>
<p>&#13;In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain and mix in your spaghetti sauce to the ground beef.</p>
<p>&#13;Prepare your pasta according to the packaged directions and drain.</p>
<p>&#13;Spoon one-third of your spaghetti sauce mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan and then mix the remaining spaghetti sauce mixture with the cooked spaghetti. Pour into the prepared pan and then top with the shredded cheese.<br />&#13;Bake for 25-35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Let baked spaghetti rest for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve with a healthy salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!</p>
